Legion’s turkey blast competition calls for flavour specialists

The Bonnyville Legion’s 2nd annual Turkey Blast pits competitors against each other on Saturday to see who can cook the best deep-fried, barbeque, or infrared turkey.

Afterwards there is a free community dinner for anyone to come and enjoy.

Over a dozen community groups and businesses including members from the Town, M.D. will compete for the title.

Hi-Energy and Kryla Ukrainian Dancers will perform that evening.

The event runs from 4:00pm-12:00am at the Legion.
