Man charged with robbery at 7-11: Bonnyville RCMP
A 26-year-old male is facing charges after an armed robbery on Wednesday night.
On September 18, at approximately 11:00 p.m., RCMP were called to the 7-11 in the Town of Bonnyville after a report of a robbery.
An unknown suspect fled on foot with cash and cigarettes. No employees were injured.
Shortly thereafter, Bonnyville RCMP received tips from the public and located the suspect at a nearby residence.
Cody Charles Cardinal-Hill (26) has been charged with:
– Robbery (x2)
– Obstruction
– Fail to comply with conditions (x2)
Cardinal-Hill was released after a bail hearing to appear in Bonnyville Provincial Court on October 1, 2019.
Bonnyville RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.
As this matter is now before the courts, no further information will be provided.
