Erratic driver convicted of three charges in Bonnyville
An erratic driver was convicted of multiple charges in Bonnyville Provincial Court on Tuesday.
On June 21 at approximately 4:00am, Bonnyville RCMP initiated a traffic stop on 50 St. after noticing an illegible license plate and driving erratically.
Ashley Soloway was convicted with possession of stolen property over $5000, operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited, failure to comply with a demand.
She received a 180-day concurrent global sentence.
She faced additional charges at the scene of operation while impaired by drug, possession of methamphetamine, and failing to comply with a probation order, but those charges were withdrawn.
