Cold Lake RCMP Investigate drive-by paint ball shootings
On May 2, 2019 at approximately 6:30 pm, Cold Lake RCMP responded to a report of a female who had been hit by paint ball pellets while at a bus stop on 50th Avenue. The female was struck twice on the arm and received minor injuries.
The paint balls were fired from a dark coloured, newer model pick up truck, that was described as being “jacked up”.
It appears that this was a random event and there was no warning before the paint balls were fired at the unsuspecting victim.
