Cold Lake RCMP apprehend wanted female and male on outstanding warrants

Cold Lake RCMP in a joint effort with General Investigations (GIS) and the Eastern Alberta District (EAD) Integrated Crime Reduction Unit (ICRU), as part of their mandate to interrupt the activities of known offenders in the EAD area, have arrested and are investigating one female and one male who were wanted on outstanding warrants.  

RCMP were able to apprehend 27-year-old Tessa Marie Urlacher who was wanted out of Cold Lake, Bonnyville and Edmonton, Alberta on multiple warrants and 35-year-old Leroy Scott Noltcho.

Urlacher was arrested on 16 charges, some of which include:

  • Flight from police
  • Robbery with a restricted firearm
  • Robbery with violence
  • Possession of stolen property over $5000
  • Possession of Schedule I – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Schedule I – Heroin

Noltcho was arrested on 10 charges, some of which include:

  • Assault
  • Break and enter
  • Flight from police
  • Possession of stolen property over $5000
  • Possession of Schedule I – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Schedule I – Heroin

Crime reduction initiatives are being undertaken on a regular basis targeting known offenders. This investigation is a great example of how our detachment and Provincial Crime Reduction Strategies continues to be effective in addressing crime in our community.
