Cold Lake RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate 34-year-old Cynthia Joyce Minoose of Cold Lake, Alberta. She was reported missing to police on April 3, 2019.  Minoose was last seen at a business on 51 Street in Cold Lake.  She has not been seen or heard from since March 6, 2019.

Cynthia Joyce Minoose is described as:

•        Aboriginal
•          5’ 5” tall
•            Approximately 119 lbs
•           Brown hair
•            Brown eyes
