St. Paul RCMP are asking for public assistance locating 23-year-old Allan Robert Nolan. Allan was reported missing on Feb. 26, 2019 from St. Paul.
St. Paul RCMP are concerned for his safety and well-being and would like to speak with him.
Allan is described as:
- Caucasian
- 5’ 7”
- 163 lbs
- Blue eyes
- Blonde hair
Allan was wearing:
- Plaid jacket with
- Grey hoody
- Black sweat pants
