MISSING: Allan Robert Nolan

St. Paul RCMP are asking for public assistance locating 23-year-old Allan Robert Nolan. Allan was reported missing on Feb. 26, 2019 from St. Paul.

St. Paul RCMP are concerned for his safety and well-­being and would like to speak with him.

Allan is described as:

• Caucasian
• 5’ 7”
• 163 lbs
• Blue eyes
• Blonde hair

Allan was wearing:

• Plaid jacket with
• Grey hoody
• Black sweat pants
