BACKGROUND
Lac La Biche RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 46-year-old Colleen Theresa Cardinal. Colleen was reported missing to police yesterday and was last seen in Lac La Biche on Oct. 26, 2018.
There is a general concern for Colleen’s safety and well-being and police would like to locate and speak with her.
Colleen is described as:
- Indigenious
- 5’5” height
- Approximately 119 lbs
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
