Beaver River Fish and Game award two students with scholarships

The Bonnyville Beaver River Fish & Game has awarded their first ever scholarship to University of Alberta students Domini Hallett and Daniel Napier.

The two recipients were required to write an essay regarding current issues facing the Alberta or Canadian environment or wildlife and offer some solutions that they think might help to improve the situation.  Both recipients have been active members of BRFG, helping with club functions, as well as doing volunteer work in other areas of the community and in Edmonton.

This scholarship will be available annually and is open to any Beaver River Fish & Game member who will be continuing their education at a college, university or apprenticeship training school.

Beaver River Fish & Game is part of the Alberta Fish & Game Association, Alberta’s largest and oldest conservation group.  There are also scholarships available through the Alberta Fish & Game.

The Beaver River Fish & Game Annual General Meeting will be held on December 4, 2018 at the BRFG Education Centre.  We welcome all newcomers!
