The Town of Bonnyville is seeking expressions of interest from “Community Champions” in the Town and the M.D. of Bonnyville to participate in the Regional Aquatic Center Committee.
The objective of the Committee is to work with Council to coordinate community needs and desires, engage stakeholders and residents, and make recommendations to Council- regarding the future needs of the current Bonnyville Swimming Pool, and also to consider whether construction of a new facility will be needed in the future to best meet the needs of the Community.
It is anticipated the Committee will meet regularly this Fall and continue to meet as user groups and stakeholders are contacted and engaged, and the project moves forward.
Persons interested in being appointed to the Committee should submit a written letter of application, stating your background, interest in the project, and why you would like to participate, on or before Noon on September 17, 2018.
