Earlier this summer, Council approved the creation of the Citizen’s Waste and Recycling Advisory Committee to work with Council on areas surrounding waste and recycling. The Council will be comprised of two Councillors and three community members and will meet once every two months. Council received six applications from community members to sit on the Committee and conducted a blind ballot vote to elect three of the six candidates.

The three residents chosen by blind ballot for the Committee are Tanya Fontaine Perozni,  David Robinson, and Dennis Bergheim.
