St. Paul RCMP charge female with 20 counts

The St. Paul RCMP arrested and charged Amanda Nooskey as a result of multiple complaints made over a 7-day span. Nooskey was arrested and charged on the following incidents:

August 5, 2018 during proactive patrols, police located Nooskey in the Town of St. Paul breaching her probation order. Weapons, Methamphetamine, and mail were found in her possession at the time of arrest. Charges include:

  • Fail to comply probation order (X4)
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose (X2)
  • Possession of Methamphetamine

August 1, 2018 a local business owner reported a break and enter to his commercial property overnight. Video footage obtained confirmed the suspects identity as Nooskey. Charges include:

  • Break and enter business
  • Mischief
  • Fail to comply probation order (X4)

July 31, 2018 RCMP received several complaints of damaged mail boxes and stolen mail. The mail found in Nooskey’s possession at the time of her arrest was associated to the damaged mail boxes.  Charges include:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime (X5)
  • Illegal possession or trafficking in Government documents
  • Fail to comply probation order

Nooskey was held for a Judicial Interim Hearing where she was remanded until Court on August 9, 2018.

As the matter is now before the courts no further information will be released.
