Elk Point: Public Open House in regards to Intermunicipal Development Plans
Intermunicipal Development Plans between County of St Paul No. 19, Town of St. Paul, Town of Elk Point, and Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay.
The County of St. Paul No. 19, in partnership with the towns of St. Paul and Elk Point and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay are preparing and updating Intermunicipal Development Plans (IDP) between the County and each of the partnering municipalities. These plans are intended to address future growth and development-related matters of joint interest between the municipalities. In addition to the development of the IDPs, a new Municipal Development Plan is being prepared and the Land Use Bylaw is being updated for the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay.
As a landowner within the Plan Area for the Town of Elk Point and County of St. Paul IDP, your input is important to help shape the vision and development of the IDP.
