At approximately 4:40pm on February 24, 2018, a male was cross-country skiing in the Muriel Lake Campground when he was nearly run over by another male who was operating a red snowmobile at an unsafe rate of speed.

Following the near-collision, the snowmobiler and the skier had a heated verbal exchange, before the snowmobiler left without further incident.

Photos of the suspect and his snowmobile were obtained by the complainant.
