St. Paul CAO on leave of absence

Town of St. Paul Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Holly Habiak, is on a leave of absence. The reason and length of the leave has not been disclosed, however Mayor of St. Paul, Maureen Miller says all is well at the Town and it’s business as usual, with Acting CAO, Trevor Kotowich taking lead of the Town staff in her absence.

“She’s on a short leave. We have Acting CAO, Trevor Kotowich [in her place]. It’s business as usual,” the mayor explains that she has fielded some calls from residents asking if the Town is changing directions and she wants to assure the public that there is no cause for worry. “We’ve got very competent staff that is carry-on the normal business.”
