Male tries to lure 7 year old girl in vehicle.
On May 31st at approximately 6:00 p.m., a 7 year old girl was playing with some friends on 49th street in Fort Kent, AB. A male operating a quad approached the group and asked the 7 yr old girl if she wanted to take a ride with him. When the child refused the male took a picture of her and her friends and departed.
The suspect was not known to any of the children and he is described as:
- Caucasian
- Black or Grey T-Shirt
- Blue jeans
- Short black hair
The quad is described as:
- Red in colour
- 1990’s Honda 4 Trax 300
- Black box on the back
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Constable Douglas of the Bonnyville RCMP at 780-343-7200.
