Wanted Man Turns Himself In

Third suspect in Goodfish shooting in custody.

Following continued investigation into an aggravated assault that occurred on March 11, 2017, the third suspect, James Tory Jackson turned himself in on April 10, 2017. He was arrested by Edmonton Police Service in Edmonton on his outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault and Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.

 

Jackson was remanded into custody and his next court appearance will be in St. Paul Provincial court on May 4, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., via CCTV.

As this matter is now before the courts no further updates will be provided.
