Final Bonnyville Live of the Season this Saturday
Local musicians perform for a live audience.
Music is alive and well with Bonnyville Live! This great event brings together musical artists from all over the Lakeland. Bonnyville Live will be having their final performance of the season on Saturday, April 8 at 7:30PM at the Lyle Victor Albert Centre (4908 49 Ave).
The shows have been going on for almost three decades already and big names such as Clayton Bellamy and Brett Kissel have graced the stage while the event was formerly known as Bonnyville Opry. Currently, talent from Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Frog Lake, and other areas participate. Ryan Hunter, the president of board, encourages anyone who has “a love of live music and a desire to perform” to join the set list.
Saturday’s performance will be a combination of artists who have performed previously as well as few first timers. The genres of music vary. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $10 at Sobeys Liquor Store and Guardian Pharmacy or at the door for $12.
