RCMP Investigate Armed Robbery in Lindbergh

Two male suspects at large

Today at approximately 1:45 p.m., Elk Point RCMP responded to an armed robbery at a gas station in Lindbergh. Two males entered the business in disguise, demanded money and brandished what a witness believed to be a firearm. The two suspects fled the gas station in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was harmed.

The driver of the suspect vehicle is described as:

  • Approximately 5’8”- 5’10”
  • Black hoodie with light coloured sleeves
  • Blue jeans
  • Beige/white boots

 

The second suspect is described as:

  • Approximately 5’8”- 5’10”
  • Purple hoodie
  • Purple sweat pants
  • Brown shoes

 

The vehicle is described as:

  • Grey Chevrolet Cruze (2015 or newer)
  • Dark tinted windows

Elk Point RCMP made patrols in the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

A short time later the same suspect vehicle was located driving in the Vermilion area by police. The suspect vehicle fled at a high rate of speed and a pursuit was called off due to public safety.
