Man Wondering in Construction Zone after Being Maced
On November 16th at 4:20 pm, Cold Lake RCMP received a call of a male, described as “out of it”, walking in the intersection construction zone of Highway 28 and Veteran’s Way.
RCMP attended and found the man, not to be injured but rubbing his eyes. It was discovered that the man had been bear maced by someone. However, the male was uncooperative and would not tell police who had assaulted him or any other information.
Considering the victim was reluctant and unwilling to assist in the investigation, RCMP say there will be no further investigation. RCMP do not believe the public is in any threat.
