Cold Lake RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male that went missing an October 30, 2016 at 5:00 a.m. from a residence in Cold Lake.
Fred Marshall Howse, 36 years old was last seen near 50 street and 59 avenue in Cold Lake. He is described as:
Aboriginal male
Black hair and brown eyes
6’2″ tall and 210lbs
Thin goatee
Last seen wearing a grey sweater, black pants and black shoes.
