On July 27, 2016 at approximately 12:30 PM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a call for service to a rural residence near township 614 and range road 462 for a report of a suspicious male.  The complainant reported that a Pontiac Grande Prix, black in colour, followed him into his driveway.

The complainant noted that there were 3 occupants in the suspect vehicle, 2 males and 1 female.  The driver, described as an aboriginal male, approximately 30 years old, having a skinny build with a chubby face with scars on both sides of his face, got out of the Grande Prix and approached the complainant who was still in his vehicle.  The suspect told the complainant that he was an RCMP officer and asked the complainant if he had been drinking.  The complainant did not believe the suspect and told the suspect to get off his property and began honking his horn to alert his brother who was inside the residence.  The suspect told the complainant that he would be back and utter vague threats before leaving.

Extensive police patrols were conductive however the suspect was not apprehended.  Police area asking the public to come forward should they have any more information about the suspect.
