Drugs Seized from Residence: Cold Lake Man Charged

Drugs Seized & Charges Laid After Search Warrant

On February 26, 2016, Cold Lake RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Cold Lake and seized a quantity of cocaine, as well as an amount of Canadian currency.  Gregory Paul Abbott, 50 years old of Cold Lake, was arrested and faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.

Gregory Abbott was released on a recognizance to attend Cold Lake Provincial Court on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the drug trade or any other crime to contact Cold Lake RCMP at 594-3302 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Drugs Seized & Charges Laid After Search Warrant
