3 People Charged in Relation to Fishing Lake Cop Car Shooting

Three individuals have been charged stemming from an incident in Fishing Lake, on Saturday March 5th, where the accused allegedly shot at a police vehicle.

 The people have been charged with offences as noted:

Austin Donald CREVIER (age 19) of Fishing lake, Alberta:

2 counts of Pointing a Firearm
1 count of Uttering Threats
First Appearance Thursday April 7, 2016 in St Paul Provincial Court

Enilda Roxanne LEWIS (age 19) of Frog Lake, Alberta

1 count of Obstruction of a Peace Officer
1 count of Public Mischief
First Appearance Thursday April 7, 2016 In St Paul Provincial Court

Andy George LACOMBE (age 20) of Fishing Lake, Alberta

1 count of Discharge a Firearm with Intent
1 count of Flight from Police
1 count of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
1 count of Possession of a Firearm contrary to Court Order
1 count of Resist Arrest
1 count of Possession of a loaded prohibited while not Authorized
1 count of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle
1 count of Pointing a Firearm
1 count of Careless Use of a Firearm
LACOMBE is currently arrested in Saskatchewan and will be transported back to Alberta for a yet undetermined First Appearance date.
