Pontiac Players Mentor Aspiring Hockey Stars

The Bonnyville Jr A Pontiacs are dedicated to helping youth hockey players achieve their full potential. During February the Pontiacs have spent time with the younger hockey players in teh community, mentoring them and giving them tips that will help develop their game. The Pontiacs are dedicated to giving back to the community through the Junior A Mentor Program.

PONTIACS Gunnar NEILSEN was out working with the Bonnyville Minor Hockey Association Atom AA goaltenders to help out with their development.

The Junior ‘A’ Mentor Program. gives the PONTIACS coaches and players opportunities to attend minor hockey practices to enhance the skills of the youth in our community playing in our minor hockey association. Our Junior Mentors pass on skills and learning to the young players in a practice setting. Our Mentors (players) benefit by “giving something back” to their hockey community in which they play.

The Bonnyville PONTIACS in association with the Bonnyville Minor Hockey Association is an active supporter of the Junior ‘A’ Mentor Program. The PONTIACS coaches and players benefit from the skills our Junior Mentors have developed by playing for the PONTIACS and then pass on those skills and learning to the young players in a practice setting. Our Mentors (players) benefit by “giving something back” to their hockey community in which they play.

The PONTIACS are excited to help out at practices.

Zach MILLS, Gunnar NEILSEN and Carter RHINE had a great time with our Bantam B squad this week.
