21 Yr Old EMS Woman Receives 255 Days for B&Es & Theft Charges

On January 21st, 2016, Amy Cardinal of Elizabeth Metis Settlement has been convicted of seven charges that relate to break & enters and thefts. The 21 year old has been sentenced to 255 days in custody following the convictions. Due to 151 days served prior to conviction, Cardinal has 104 days left to serve. In addition, Cardinal was convicted of two counts of fraud, both carry 30 day sentences and 12 months probation. Cardinal has also been order to pay a Victims of Crime Surcharge of $1,100.

For the above 7 convictions: Global sentence of: 255 days custody, minus 151 days credit, leaving 104 days left to serve
