Cold Lake Man, Under Court Ordered Condition, Arrested After Entering Bar
On December 24, 2015, at approximately 01:30 a.m. while at the Edge Bar, Cold Lake RCMP observed 28 year old Kevin Andre James, of Cold Lake, operating a motor vehicle and then entering the bar.
Kevin James was arrested and is facing charges of driving while disqualified and 3 charges of failing to comply with a recognizance. Kevin James was on court ordered conditions not to attend a licenced premise and not to consume alcohol.
Kevin James was released on $500 cash bail, pending his next court appearance in Cold Lake.
