Try self-defense workouts for the month of January Have you ever wanted to try out a martial arts class to see if it’s for you? Come on down- bring a friend if you like and drop in to unlimited classes throughout January 2019! Get a good workout in, meet new people and learn real world self-defense skills. We offer a fun, energetic environment that welcomes all fitness levels. Open to ages 18 and up.
