With much love and treasured memories, the family of Helena Marianna Kozak of Ardmore, Alberta, announces the passing of their beloved mother and Babcia/Grandmother on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at the age of 90 years.

Helena was one of the most thoughtful people in the world, giving everything of herself to the service of others. She loved taking care of her farm; especially growing flowers and fruit trees. Every spring season she would offer her planted flowers to the Bonnyville Catholic church. She was someone who gave more to others, than to herself.

Helena is lovingly survived by her son: Januz (Mary) Kozak; daughter-in-law: Renata Kozak; grandchildren: Tomasz Kozak (Ma. Yahnee Cabagui-Kozak), Pawel Kozak, Agnieszka Kozak, Peter Kozak; great grandchildren: Adriana Kozak, Anna Kozak.

She is reuniting with her husband, Wladyslaw Kozak; parents: Alexander & Bronislawa Dudek; sons: Krzysztof Kozak, Tadeusz Kozak.

Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo as Celebrant (Eulogy beginning at 12:45 p.m.).
