On October 17th, 2026, Mr. Roland Joseph Michaud formerly of St. Paul, Alberta, passed away at the age of 98 years. He is survived by his wife of 76 years, Berthe Michaud (nee Malo); children, Real (Claudette), Joanne (Bryan) Bulloch, Victor (Sandy) & Paulette (David) Mistol; 11 grandchildren, Cameron (Leanne) Michaud, Michele Michaud (Jeremy Hughes), Corey (Bethany) Michaud, Cal (Tanya) Drouin, Candace (Jean Marc) Beaudoin, Sarah (Jay) Barbour, Alison Bulloch (Matt Kan), Danielle Michaud (Tim Birkett), Matthew Michaud, Christopher (Leanne) Mistol & Kelsey (Shawn) Pyle; 26 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters & 1 brother; as well as numerous nieces & nephews. Roland was predeceased by his parents, Philippe & Anna; sisters, Gilberte & Fernande; brothers, Emile, Rene & Phil. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 29 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Andrew Schoenberger will be the celebrant with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul.
