With grateful hearts for a beautiful life lived, the family of Adele Denise Jackson of Cold Lake, Alberta regretfully announce the passing of their beloved wife, mother and grandmother on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the age of 89 years.

Adele’s life was deeply rooted in love, faith, and family. She cherished her husband, Norm, and held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy. Adele found peace and happiness in the beauty of nature, especially time spent at the lake, where she could appreciate the simple wonders around her. Her strong faith in God was an important part of who she was and guided her throughout her life. Adele will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family, her kindness towards others, and the faith that remained close to her heart.

Leaving to mourn her memory is her husband of 61 years: Norm Jackson; children: Julie Jackson (Troy Waltz), Brian (Annie) Jackson; grandchildren: Austin (Emma) Jackson, Ashley Jackson (Jaydon Glessing); Adele will also be missed by her sisters-in-law, as well as her many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Adele was predeceased by her parents: Rosario & Mabel Benoit; siblings: John Benoit, Madeleine LeVoguer, Françoise Nugent, Claire Wilson, André Benoit, Hubert Benoit, Michel Benoit, Louise Fox.

Funeral Mass, Friday, September 25, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, Cold Lake, AB with Father Limneo Zamora as Celebrant (Eulogy starting at 2:20 p.m.).

Adele will be laid to rest at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
