On August 12, 2026, Mr. Oscar Victor Joseph Paul of St. Paul, Alberta, passed away at the age of 93 years. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 65 years, Bertha; children, Lawrence (Jocelyn), Denise (Pierre) Ouellette, Jeannine (Gary) Kostrub, Maurice (Lorraine) & Raymond (Jody); 15 grandchildren, Ryan (Denyse), Ashley (Andrew), Seanna, Danielle, Gerald (Alisse), Natasia (Darren), Tyler, Tysen, Stephanie (Austin), Kristen (Cole), Megan (Rudy), Justin (Skye), Wyatt, Lola & Coenne; 8 great-grandchildren, Parker, Jacob, Connor, Ruby, Eli, Eloise, Miles & Presley; numerous nieces & nephews. Oscar was predeceased by his daughter, Annette (Lyle) Berezanski; brother, Edmond; sister, Lilliane Noel; parents, Constant & Evelina Paul.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 21 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul with Reverend Father Andrew Schoenberger as the celebrant. Cremation to follow with inurnment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
