Lakeland College’s signature summer fundraiser is back, and tickets are now officially on sale for Feast on the Farm 2026.
The ninth annual event, presented by Cenovus Energy, is set for August 13 at the Vermilion campus and continues to support student-led learning — a key part of Lakeland’s hands-on education model.
A Prairie-Style Evening with Purpose
Held outdoors at the college’s Research Centre, Feast on the Farm brings a true prairie experience to life. Guests can expect a full evening featuring dinner, a student and alumni panel, a silent auction and live entertainment under the open sky.
This year’s musical guest is Cole Martin, known for blending country songwriting with banjo, pedal steel, fiddle and strong vocals.
Supporting Real-World Student Success
Since launching in 2016, the event has helped fund nearly 40 student-led projects across Lakeland programs. These projects range from international competitions and teaching trips to local community initiatives and hands-on learning tools.
Lakeland College President and CEO Dr. Alice Wainwright-Stewart says the impact goes far beyond the classroom, helping students transition into their careers with real-world experience.
Strong Community Backing
Cenovus Energy returns as the presenting sponsor for the fifth year, continuing its investment in education and workforce development across the region.
How to Get Tickets
Tickets are available now, with more details online at Lakeland College’s website.
Feast on the Farm continues to grow as one of the region’s most meaningful summer events — bringing community, agriculture and education together for a night that directly supports the next generation.
