Elton is predeceased by his parents: Steve & Agnes Scott; brothers: Claude Scott, Lenard Scott; sisters: Audrey Layh, Florence Ward; brothers-in-law: George Johnson, Roy Ward, Bert Layh; sister-in-law: Lorraine Scott.
