Faith Noble’s Journey to University Volleyball
Faith Noble doesn’t fit neatly into one box — and she’s never tried to.
Some people first met Faith through her modelling career, where she signed a contract and stepped into an industry that pushed her confidence and self-awareness. But as she shared in her recent conversation with Lakeland Connect, that chapter was never the whole story.
“I did at one point become a model,” Faith explained, “and then I kind of evolved and learned to show my skills in a different way.”
That evolution led her back to athletics — a space that had always been part of her life.
Faith’s sports journey started with track, where she built speed, discipline and mental toughness. It was there she met her first volleyball coach, Tyson Watters, who introduced her to the game that would eventually shape her future.
“I actually started out in track,” Faith said. “That’s when I met my first volleyball coach, Tyson Watters, and I just fell in love with it.”
Volleyball also carried a deeper meaning for Faith. It was a sport she grew up watching — especially close to home.
“My mom played volleyball, so I grew up watching her,” she shared. “I think that’s where it really started for me.”
What followed was commitment, growth and the confidence to pursue more than one path at once. Faith balanced athletics and modelling, learning how to show up fully in both worlds without letting one define her entirely.
Now, Faith has officially committed to a U Sports university volleyball program, marking a major milestone in her athletic career — and opening the door to what’s next.
“I’m super excited about everything that’s coming,” Faith said. “There’s a lot in the pipeline.”
Faith’s journey is a reminder that success doesn’t have to follow a straight line. It can start on the track, move through the runway, and land on the court — all while staying true to who you are.
And for Faith Noble, this next chapter is just getting started.
