It is with profound sadness and hearts full of treasured memories, that the family of Yvette Bouchard announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 83, with her family by her side. Yvette, a devoted wife, cherished mother, and adored mémère whose life was a radiant testament to love, resilience, and grace.

Yvette is lovingly survived by her husband of 62 years, André “Andy” Bouchard, whose unwavering devotion was a constant source of strength and joy throughout their life together.

She also leaves behind a legacy of love through her 2 children: Mitch (Paula) Bouchard, Renée (Barry) Kalinski; grandchildren: Lyndon (Kris) Kalinski, Jonathon (Kelsey) Kalinski, Devon (Alexia) Kalinski, Dillon Kalinski, Sofia Bouchard, Rosana Bouchard, Loui Bouchard; great grandchildren: Olivia, Nora, Clara, Sterling, Liberty, Calvin, Breyson; sister: Simone Paul; brothers: Rudy (Joanne) Hêtu, Robert (Viola) Hêtu, Jean Paul (Ruth) Hêtu; and a circle of cherished friends.

Yvette was predeceased by her parents: Maria & Antonio Hêtu; sisters: Gilberte (Gilles) Lalonde, Juliette (Guy) Rolland, Marie France Hêtu, Marcelle (Yvon) Dubé; brother: Jacques (Hélène) Hêtu.

To honor Yvette’s wishes there will be no formal funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date at the Jean-Côtè Sacred Heart Cemetery, Jean Côtè, Alberta.

The Bouchard family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at the Bonnyville Healthcare Centre Long Term Care staff, as well as to Dr. Webster, for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Yvette.
