On October 13, 2025 Mrs. Rose Pawluk of Hinton, Alberta, formerly of Spedden, passed away at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her 2 sons, David (Linda) Kardash & Daniel Kardash; step-son, Ken; 3 grandchildren, Michael (Tamara), Amanda (Cody) & Ryan; 2 great-grandchildren, Kaylea & Aiden; sister, Mary Manastyrski; numerous nieces & nephews. Mrs. Pawluk was predeceased by her husband, Nick; son, Dennis Kardash; parents, John & Annie Oscienny; 2 brothers, Nick & Matt; sister, Ann Velychko. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held on Saturday, October 18 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Sokal Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Spedden with Reverend Father Andrij Nykyforuk officiating.
