RCMP have charged a Saddle Lake man after a break and enter at the AHS Community Health building in St. Paul earlier this month.

On Oct. 5, 2025, St. Paul RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at the facility. When officers arrived, they discovered that several electronic devices had been stolen.

Following an investigation and intelligence gathering, police identified the suspect responsible for the break-in and theft.

Charges laid
36-year-old Phillip Morris Eugene Littlechild of Saddle Lake has been charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime (≤ $5000)

  • Mischief over $5000 – damage to property

  • Fail to comply with probation order

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

Littlechild was held for a judicial hearing and remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 16, 2025.

RCMP have since recovered about half of the stolen items, which have been returned to Alberta Health Services staff. AHS IT teams confirmed that all devices were remotely wiped and secured to protect sensitive information.
