The Bonnyville Ag Society’s Fall Fair is back — bigger, busier, and bursting with hometown fun

Last Updated: September 4, 2025By

Good afternoon, Lakeland! We’re coming to you from the Bonnyville Ag Grounds, where crews are staking out tents and mapping vendor rows for one of the most-loved weekends of the year: the Bonnyville Ag Society’s Fall Fair.

If you thought last year’s market was huge, get ready — organizers say it’s even bigger this year, with more vendors rolling in and final registrations still open. The grounds are buzzing already, and this weekend it all comes to life.

What’s new & can’t-miss

  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

  • Sunday: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Indian Relay races (presented with Kehewin Cree Nation)

High-speed, high-skill, heart-in-your-throat racing — with top-name teams traveling in and a record turnout expected (about 25 teams).

  • Saturday: 4 p.m.

  • Sunday: 2 p.m.

Saturday Night Dance

Bring your friends, lace up your dancing boots, and catch The Gypsy Renegades, a crowd-pleasing local favourite with a mix that keeps the floor full.

Kids’ Zone classics

Pony rides, wagon rides, face painting, and hands-on fun with the fire department. It’s that wholesome, smile-till-your-cheeks-hurt kind of day.

Mutton Busting (limited spots)

Small riders, big memories.
Time: Saturday, 3 p.m.
Register: email admin@bonnevilleagsociety.com (about 20 spots total; some still available).

Gate times

  • Saturday: Gates open 10 a.m.

Vendors, last call!

If you’ve been thinking about a table, this is the market to join. Organizers are still slotting vendors — texting the coordinator is best to get a quick reply.

From the thrum of the market aisles to the thunder of Indian Relay hooves, the Fall Fair serves up everything we love about this community in one weekend: families meeting up, neighbours pitching in, and simple, good fun under big prairie skies.

Don’t miss it — we’ll see you at the Bonnyville Ag Grounds this Saturday and Sunday. This is what makes our community shine.
