UPDATE: St. Paul RCMP is advising that Alex Bugghins was located safe.
BACKGROUND:
St. Paul RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 36-year-old Alex Bugghins, who was last seen in St. Paul on August 22, 2025, between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m.
Alex is described as:
▪️ Medium complexion
▪️ 6’3” tall, weighing 238 pounds
▪️ Brown eyes and short black hair
Anyone with information about Alex’s whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Paul RCMP detachment at 780-645-8888. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), submit a tip online at www.P3Tips.com, or use the “P3 Tips” app.
