Bonnyville woman part of Evansburg RCMP arrest
A Bonnyville woman was one of four people charged in break and enters out of an oil lease site near Evansburg, west of Edmonton.
On Sunday, July 6, Evansburg RCMP received a call from Inplay Oil field Security that several people were attempting to break into one of their sites.
Evansburg RCMP responded and located several individuals who were in the process of committing several criminal offences and, in doing so, failing to comply with current release orders.
As a result of the investigation, three people from Edmonton and one individual from Bonnyville were charged.
Robin Tizzard, 38, a resident of Bonnyville, was charged with Break and enter to commit theft over $5000 and Mischief over $5000.
Ryan Piche, 40, and Grant Boivin, 44, both residents of Edmonton, were charged with:

- Break and enter to commit theft over $5000;
- Mischief over $5000; and
- Fail to comply with release orders (x2).
Erical Bedell, 38, a resident of Edmonton, was charged with:

- Break and enter to commit theft over $5000;
- Mischief over $5000;
- Fail to comply with Release Order.

All parties were brought before a justice of the peace with Piche, Boivin and Bedell being remanded into custody, to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Evansburg on July 8, 2025, while Tizzard was released on conditions, to appear before the same court on July 28, 2025.
