On Monday, June 16, 2025 Ms. Melanie Delrae Lynn Smith of Frog Lake passed away at the age of 38 years.

Melanie will be forever missed by her 5 children: Caden Quinney, Shae Quinney, Loyal Cross, Acelynn Smith and Marshal Smith, her dad; Raymond Moocheweines, 5 siblings: Albert (Savannah), Laura, Serena (Donald), Pricilla, and Adam Smith, and numerous, nieces, nephew, aunts and uncles.

Melanie was predeceased by her mother: Marlene Smith, and her maternal grandparents; Albert Desjarlais and Helen Smith.
