A 45-year-old man is facing charges after a break and enter.

On Monday, Mar. 31, at approximately 1:00PM, St. Paul RCMP received a report of a male attempting to break into a residence in St. Paul.

When police arrived, the suspect had moved from the residence to the nearby school. Police entered the school, found the male and arrested him without incident.

Elmer Horace Jackson, 45, a resident of St. Paul, has been charged with:

  • break and enter – residence
  • mischief under $5000 – obstruct enjoyment of property

Jackson was held for a judicial hearing and released on conditions.

He is set to appear at the St. Paul Court of Justice on Apr. 24, 2025.
