Vermilion RCMP arrest individual for breaching conditions

A 28-year-old is facing a charge after breaching conditions.

Vermilion RCMP on Thursday, Dec. 12, at approximately 12:00AM, were conducting routine patrols in town, when officers observed a suspicious individual in the 4700 block of Railway Avenue.

The ensuing investigation determined the individual was breaching a condition of their release order, and they were taken into custody.

Dominique Desjarlais, 28-year-old a resident of Battleford, Sask., has charged with the following offence

  • Fail to comply with Release Order.

Dominique was taken before a Justice of the Peace and was remanded.

She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 16, 2024, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Vermilion.
