Pedestrian struck on HWY 28 near casino; RCMP look for suspect
Cold Lake RCMP are looking to track down a vehicle involved in a hit and run on pedestrian earlier this month.
On Monday, Nov. 11, at approximately 5:40 PM, Cold Lake RCMP were called to a collision where a pedestrian was struck by a moving vehicle.
The collision happened with a vehicle going eastbound on Highway 28 near Casino Dene. The vehicle did not remain on scene and continued towards the city.
Cold Lake RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the vehicle and driver involved, vehicle described as:
- 2019-2023 GMC Sierra 1500/Chevrolet Silverado 1500
- Missing passenger side mirror
