St. Paul RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating 15-year-old Angel Favel. Angel was last seen on Sunday, Nov. 3, in Saddle Lake.
She is described as:
- Medium complexion
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
- 5 foot 5 inches tall
- 139 pounds
