Shortly after 1:00 p.m. on October 1, 2024, St. Paul RCMP responded to a report of a fight involving a female using a taser near 56 Street and 50 Avenue in St. Paul. Officers quickly arrived at the scene, arrested the female suspect, and seized the taser.
Kree Summer Helen Pochynok, 26, a resident of St. Paul, has been charged with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Weapons possession contrary to order (x2)
Pochynok was held for a judicial interim release hearing and remanded into custody. She was scheduled to appear in St. Paul court on October 3, 2024.
