With cherished memories for a life well lived, the family of Nicholas “Nick” Brian Andrushuk of Bonnyville, Alberta regretfully announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at the age of 68 years. Nick loved his Lord and his family; he was an avid hunter, fisherman, quader and he loved nature.

Nick is survived by his wife of 47 years: Christine Andrushuk; sons: Ian Andrushuk (Jaylene DeGroot), Eric Andrushuk; treasured granddaughter: Ivy Andrushuk; brothers: Don (Darlene) Andrushuk, Dennis (Elvira) Andrushuk, Gordy (Dorothy) Andrushuk; sisters: Elaine Hudyma, Theresa Cummer, Dianne (Claude) Poirier; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Nick was predeceased by his parents: Annie & Paul Andrushuk; sisters: Olive Watling, Pat Zrubak, Elizabeth Jarvie, Madeline Petkau.

Funeral Service, Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Bonnyville Pentecostal Church, Bonnyville, AB with Pastor Jairo Leandro officiating. For those wishing to pay their respects, there will be a viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers: Ian Andrushuk, Eric Andrushuk, Hank Keller, Gary Sworin, William Sworin, John Gerlywich. Final Resting Place, Garth Evangelical Cemetery, Garth, AB.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Nick may be sent to Haying in the 30’s, c/o Cancer Support, PO Box 35, Mallaig, AB T0A 2K0.
