On September 9, 2024, Eugene Robert Letwin of Radway, formerly of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away at the age of 81 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Eileen; daughter, Charlene (Jay Ram) of Edmonton; 3 brothers & 1 sister, Lawrence (Pat) of Edmonton, Ernie of Lamont, Patricia (Nelvert) Chizawsky of Smoky Lake & Ron (Lorraine) of Cardiff; numerous relatives & friends.  Eugene Robert was predeceased by his son, Kevin Robert; parents, James & Velma; sister, Susan Hrycun; brother, David; & in-laws, Walter & Sophie Bencharsky.  Divine Liturgy & Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Church, 9003-153 Avenue, Edmonton.  Reverend Fathers Bohdan Nahachewsky, Yanko Herbut & Slavko Dumec will be officiating, with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Edmonton.  If desired, donations may be made to Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Parish, Edmonton or Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Radway, Cemetery Fund  ℅ 5626 51 Street, St. Paul AB  T0A 3A1.  To send condolences online please visit https://gracegardensfuneralchapel.com/obituary/eugene-robert-letwin/.
